For more than 20 years, I have worked inside supply chains, leading warehouses, fleets, and distribution networks across North America. I have managed operations in sectors from retail to manufacturing to food and consumer goods. I have helped organizations grow revenue, cut costs, and improve service by rethinking how their supply chains work.
And while those years were rewarding, they also taught me something important: there is a better way to approach logistics.
Seeing the Gaps
Over the course of my career, I kept noticing the same challenges repeat themselves:
Warehouses designed for space, not flow.
Transportation treated as separate from warehousing, instead of fully integrated.
Inventory decisions made without accurate forecasting or data.
Teams doing their best, but stuck working in silos.
The result was always the same: businesses carried unnecessary costs, service suffered, and supply chains became barriers instead of enablers.
I realized I didn’t just want to fix those problems for others. I wanted to build a business from the ground up with those lessons in mind.
A Vision for Something Different
That’s what led me to start Make Logistics Happen.
My vision isn’t to create “just another 3PL.” It is to design and operate logistics solutions that work differently:
📦 Warehousing with purpose – Layouts designed for flow, efficiency, and scalability.
🚚 Transportation integration – Warehousing and fleet operations working hand-in-hand, not as disconnected functions.
📊 Data-driven operations – Using insights to eliminate blind spots and uncover opportunities others miss.
🤝 Customer focus – Treating logistics as a growth driver, not a cost burden.
It is about creating a foundation that helps businesses scale faster, serve customers better, and stay resilient in a changing market.
Why Now?
The world of logistics is changing faster than ever. Rising costs, labor shortages, and customer expectations mean the old ways of doing things are not enough. Companies need partners who can adapt, innovate, and deliver solutions built for today’s realities.
That is why I believe now is the right time to launch something new. By drawing on my experience and applying the lessons I have learned, sometimes the hard way. I can build a business that makes a real impact.
Building Together
Of course, no business succeeds in isolation. Logistics is a team sport. That’s why partnerships are at the heart of my vision. I want to work with companies that need smarter warehousing and distribution solutions, and with people who share the belief that logistics can be more than “moving boxes.”
It can be the engine that drives growth.
Final Thoughts
Starting Make Logistics Happen is about more than entrepreneurship. It is about putting years of experience to work in a way that creates real value for others.
Because at the end of the day, logistics is not just about trucks and warehouses. It is about building foundations for businesses to grow stronger, faster, and smarter.
